r3ply.ai ("we", "us") is run from Miami, FL. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site and book a strategy call, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number, and Instagram handle.
• Your answers to the quiz on our site.
• Page analytics through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, including cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, plus ad click and campaign information.

Why we collect it

• To schedule and run your strategy call.
• To follow up with you by text, email, or phone about your call.
• To measure and improve our ads and website.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the providers that help us run this process:

• Our CRM provider, which stores your contact record.
• Our scheduling and messaging provider, which books your call and sends reminders.
• Meta, for ad measurement and optimization.
• Google, for calendar invites.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run your call and follow up, and for a reasonable period after that for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of messages and ad tracking, by emailing julian@r3ply.ai. For texts, you can also reply STOP at any time. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

Children

Our site and ads are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
